The CEO is business/stock savvy. He put out a PR on 3/4 in conjunction with the SSR, which helped the stock price to recover. So I have begun scraping the SEC website to see which executives are purchasing, selling, or being awarded stock for no known reason except that the stock price is extra low and they may just be buying their stock at a discount (or selling it before it crashes further).
